I've eaten at this place about 5 times now, and the food seems to be hit or miss. I usually order the pho and on two occasions it was excellent. On the other two occasions, the meat in the soup tasted like it had freezer burn (not fresh). Others with me have ordered the rice and noodle dishes which were good. I would definitely recommend the restaurant If the quality/consistency of the pho was improved.
