Personacare Health and Wellness Clinic

Went here last night for a massage ( i was a walk in client ) the front desk guy told me that someone can see me at 7:00 pm ( when i walked in it was 6:42 pm) I said I would have no problem waiting by the time I filled the intake form etc there would be only a few mins to wait . I was so excited as I needed a massage badly fiinally 7:00 comes around then I find out from the front desk guy that I cant get a massage because the Massage Therapist ( who is also the owner of the clinic) decided he didnt want to stay late till 8:00 i was extremely livid especially since their hours are from 10-8 pm ... Suffice it to say I wont go back here and living extremely near by I will tell all my friends and neighbours to not got here either. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
