Horrible service!!! We dropped off our T-4' s in the beginning of April. We were told they were done multiple times. We had arranged a time to sign for them. We were text messaged by Jeff saying he was running late. No problem. A hour later he text messaged again saying that he needed a copy of our house tax ( which we already gave him). I called , texted and emailed multiple times that day.We have called every day as well as texted Jeff's cell number and Wayne's house, always leaving a message. We have also gone to the office. We are told by other people in the building that they have just left to get a coffee or have gone for lunch. We have also been in the morning, afternoon and evening and the door is locked. We are not sure what to do next. My husband has paid for his taxes I owe for mine but more importantly we need our T-4 back so we can get them done. Not hearing from Wayne or Jeff is very unprofessional.
