Hi Sebastian. We are sorry you had to go through this unfortunate incident with the sealed units. Also, it looks like you have been misinformed. We are honoring the warranty by replacing your old sealed units with brand new ones which will be at no cost to you. You will only have to pay for the labor of replacing the old iG units.
