My Mom worked for them for 35 years, so we grew up in a Colgate/Palmolive loyal home. We always had Colgate toothpaste, Palmolive dishwashing liquid, etc. All cleaning supplies and toiletries we had were Colgate-Palmolive brands. To this day, I still prefer buying Colgate-Palmolive products - it may be partly habit, but I have bought other brands of toothpaste and keep coming back to Colgate, because I love the taste.
