This is my favourite sushi restaurant. When you walk in, you're greeted by the Chef with a hearty "Welcome to Matsu Sushi!". The rolls are great, the green tea is delicious, and usually, the chef greets everyone at some point during the evening. It's not a cheap place to eat but when you want something special, you'll enjoy it. The Red Dragon roll and the Avacado Dragon roll are both excellent.
