OLIVEWOOD DETAILING

Absolutely awful customer service!! I spoke with these guys on the twice before going to their shop for my scheduled appointment. Once there, it was clear that no-one had relayed that I had a scheduled appointment for Nov 17, 2017 at 10:00 am. The only employee on site asked to see my car, after not responding to me introducing myself, so let’s just call him face piercing, after looking inside the truck I was told they don’t clean cars for dog owners. I believe that was just an excuse to avoid having to do the work when the employee wasn’t told I was coming in. Since I was already appalled by this guy’s attitude I said “fine I’ll go somewhere else” and then added a suggestion that since 50% of households are dog owners they might want to mention that policy on the phone. The response I got was a dismissive bunch of mumbling while the guy literally walked away from a paying customer with a scheduled appointment.
