Carisma Florist

I wouldnt even give this florist 1 star for a review but had to click 1 star to be able to post. Had a funeral visitation on Sunday & ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from Carisma online and the flowers never showed up. Another family member had her flowers show up late. I emailed them asking what happened and all they replied with was our apologies for your order not being delivered our systems were down. I have ordered flowers & family members as well have been ordering flowers from them for years & have had issues but put them aside but this time I decided not to. For a florist of their caliber to not deliver these flowers for a funeral is embarrassing and disappointing even their short response was disappointing. We are immediate family of the deceased & already are going through a hard time and didn't need something like this to deal with, but they pump out flowers like crazy and make money so who cares right? WRONG. Will never recommend again.
