My experience having my prescriptions filled at Stubb's for the past 10+ years has been positive. I don't like to wait in line so I phone ahead in the morning and my prescriptions are ready for pickup on my way home from work. They do not charge me a dispensing fee on top of what my insurance covers even though they could. Works for me.
