To me this restaurant is not one of the better MacDonalds in the city. I'm torn because I know that there are a lot of people wanting lunch downtown but this store seems drab and disorganized. It's always busy so I can't see them not being able to spruce it up a bit. It is a convenient spot to go to when your by The Bay, but honestly I just try to avoid it if I can. If I'm hungry it's a convenient place to go. If I have time for ANYTHING else I don't go there. The staff doesn't seem well trained and sometimes they don't understand your order. The food seems mediocre at best, even for MacDonalds. It's just not a good place to go.
