I have never heard of another flooring professional that knows so much about what is needed and what the manufacture insists on to be elegeable for a warranty( if the carpet does not have a 1"-11/2" of stretch the warranty is void) than this company and it's owner that - at this time in a persons life, is on the brink of revolutionizing an industry that has been plodding along with arcaek tools for about 100 years, ruining young men's knees, legs and backs in an effort to just make a living.After 50 years in the business and now retired, this is a god send...
