.The new dentist is very nice and appears to be very knowledgeable and we'll practise, but after going to the same office for 5 years, I changed dentists because of the staff. I put up with the rudeness of the receptionist but the last straw for me was when the hygienist told me that they didn't like the new dentist - who happens to be Spanish, - and when I asked for the new dentist's name, she said that no one in the office could pronounce her name. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to hear a "slightly racist" joke. Naturally I declined and decided to never go back. It's a shame there is there is a such a lack of professionalism among the support staff.
