Poor quality and poor customer service. The pricing at Sun Valley is much higher than other luxury transportation services in Kelowna. They not only showed up 20 minutes late with no explanation, but also with the vehicle looking much more rundown on the inside than what was described both on the website and by the owner. The owner actually HUNG UP THE PHONE when we called to discuss the cleanliness (stains - even on the ceiling, dirty floor, peeling seats, sound system did not work) and the tardiness. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You will not get anything close to what you pay for.
