Tattoos by Zap

I got two microdermals done at zaps. I paid 100 for one. It was about a 20 minute process, the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. He kept digging so long my arms fell asleep from pain. 2 hours after leaving the parlour it fell out. (this piercing is supposed to be as permanent as a tattoo) I went back and he did it again in a different spot. Less of a long session of difficulty this time but lasted about 20 hours before falling out. They didn't offer me another service and refused a refund. Not only didn't know what they were doing, wasn't experienced, was overpriced and terrible service.
