This company came and took my tv on July 2 2019 and said they would have it ready by Thursday of the same week. When a week had passed I called and asked about my tv. The man said it would be ready tomorrow and he'd bring it back. When he brought it back, he showed me that the menu was no longer popping up and staying on the screen. He then noticed that the red power light was constantly flickering and said it wasn't fixed properly and that he needed to take it back. That was July 13th. I never got any updates after that. I had to be the one calling or text to find out the status of my tv. Everytime I called I was told he needed a few more days. Finally on August 4th I texted and said if you cannot repair my tv I'll come and pick it up. He said to give him until Wednesday August 7th and if he couldn't fix it he'd return it. What do you think happened on Wednesday? No call. August 8th I told him I'd be coming to get my tv the next day he said okay. I asked if it was fixed he said no.
