Scott willing takes your money every month but when you need him for a claim, he never returns any phone calls to clients even when several calls have been made to him. For over 30 years, we paid our premiums on time every month but Scott is not around when a claim is made an his assistance is needed. I would never ever recommend Scott as an agent. I expected much more from him. I guess you don't know an agent until a person needs to make a claim and we found out the hard way. Beware!!!!
