If you are looking for some fast sea food than Red Lobster is fine but nothing for real quality sea food. For starters most of their dishes are EXTREMELY salty which is a pity since it degrades the delicate flavor of most sea food. Their cooking methods are also pretty hit or miss sometimes the fish is perfectly cooked, other times its way to cook. One plus however is their biscuits they are to die for!
