Grower Direct Fresh Cut Flowers

DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE!!! Firstly, they didn't even have my wedding flowers ready on time (3hrs late). After 3 meetings and 2 emails of pics, the bride/bridesmaids/groomsmen all had the incorrect flowers AND the incorrect shade, the table flowers were the incorrect shade, the bouquet of roses, mason jar arrangements, and flower petals were all missing! Thankfully it was the day before the wedding so the flowers could be painted the correct color, but most wilted and looked like crap. After all of that, they STILL were missing the mason jar flower arrangements and flower petals! We ended up paying almost 2x the amount she originally quoted us, which I'm sure was related to the additional stuff I didn't even order. Instead of owning up to the mistakes, the owner ignored our calls until we called from a different number. She lied about intending to refund my card and now, after jerking me around for 2 1/2 months, is refusing to refund any of my money. AND I now know of 2 other weddings they screwed up on too!
