Smart Home Systems did original install of home automation system in our home. My wife and I are the second owners of this home which was a McKinley Masters home located in Bearspaw and built in 2000. When I contacted Smart Home Systems for help in fixing the central control of the home automation system, the salesperson Kim, no-showed on not one but two home appointments without any notice and then 3 days later called with some lame excuse about he was sick and so was receptionist who was supposed to contact me. When I voiced my displeasure for the lack of professionalism and poor customer service and asked to deal with another salesperson, he indicated that another salesperson would in fact contact me but, instead within 5 minutes Kim called me back and told me that the owner, Ron Patrick had told me to take my business elsewhere. Unbelievable, definitely be careful before doing business with this company.
