Christina's On The Danforth

If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience, you should try Christina's. The minute you enter the restaurant, you feel like you're in the Mediterranean. This is especially true if you dine here on a Friday or a Saturday night. They have a live Greek band and some really talented belly dancers. It's almost a distraction from the food because they're so good.Their starter Tirokafteri is really good but if you prefer less spicy, you can get regular feta topped with extra virgin olive oil and oregano. And for dinner, I always get the chicken souvlaki. The service at Christina's has always been great. If you plan on bringing small children, keep in mind that it's a tight squeeze for strollers.
