The Blossom Shop

The Blossom Shop in Carleton Place is the absolute the worst florist business I have ever dealt with. Of course, it would be on Valentine's Day that they failed to properly handle my order or even communicate that there was to be a problem. My order was three days before Valentine's Day and I never heard anything until I called late afternoon 2/14 to ask for an update on the non-delivery. After a ridiculously long time on hold, the owner (I presume) finally came on and explained it was system failure. No, the failure was with the business for failing to deliver. A refund, like another reviewer who suffered the same misfortune, is inadequate. She needs to retire and clear her mind (?) or take classes on how to handle a business on a busy day. I warn all of you that the customers for this business need to disappear!
