Called on Nov 7th around 10-10:30am 2015 to order flowers for my girlfriends birthday. The lady that took the call was ok at best. She did indicate that I would have them delivered between 12 noon-1pm. Called back at 1:30 got the same lady that took the order and as we had plans and needed to go out we wanted to know how much longer. She became EXTREMELY rude and hostile, and abruptly said the "OWNER" will deliver. They showed up at 2:30'ish. The "owner" was pleasant when she showed up, but no apologies and the flowers where ok at best. 1 week later they are dead! Roses, Lilys, daisies...we cut the stem twice and have changed the water. Horrible experience and product!
