One of the worse companies to deal with. They took my money, but will not replace the defective smart bands. I emailed them immediately to let them know that the smart band was not working. They requested information for proof of purchase, I sent it. They said that the warehouse was backed up but it would ship out. It's been a month and they no longer communicate with me. Last communication was that it was being shipped. Since I took them at their word, foolish me, my purchase is now over 30 days and I cannot return it.
