Piscines Perrin

The previous owner of our house used to deal with Piscine Perrin for all matters relating to his swimming pool. We didn't shop around and decided to use their services as well. We've used them to close our pool last year and called them to open it this year. Unfortunately, after many phone calls, we could finally reach them, and they told us that there was a 3-week waiting time. We decided to open it ourselves, and paid them a visit so they could tell us what to do step-by-step. We spoke to the owner, Mrs Perrin, and she assured us that someone could come within 24-hour if we ran in any problem. We called them the day after because the pool was loosing water. They never picked up the phone so we went in person. They looked at us as if we caused the problem. We suspected that the lining of the pool was the problem, but they did not believe us. They said that they would send a technician, but never did (we are now 10 days later). In the meantime we're supposed to keep putting water in the pool in case the linin
