This company tried to replace my free standing gas fireplace, because I was told by "Frank" that the parts are obsolete for an Insta-Flame unit such as mine. I was able to get new parts by a reputable gas fireplace service company. Don't let this company work on your gas fireplace. I read their advertisement after hiring them. My mistake ...They advertise furnaces. His receptionist told me when I was booking that Frank is proficient in gas fireplaces. I almost got beat out of $3000.00 and GST! He was going to take my now running unit which I paid under $400.00 labour and NEW replaceable parts! This company hasn't returned my calls after I asked for an explanation along with my money back.
