I called in to make an appointment after I had read some reviews and I thought it would be a pleasant place to take my adorable PomChi... I call and they ask me some questions... And then they tell me that they will call me back in a few minutes. 1 hour later... I found a much better place, with excellent customer service. I will never forward Bark Avenue to anybody I know. You lost a customer, and a very Cute puppy!
