Country Stoves & Sunrooms Limited

We purchased a Aquasurge pump that stopped working and was under warrenty which Country Stoves and Sunrooms refused to replace. After 2 weeks of the run around we were forced to go directly to the company who replaced it no problem, afer all it was under warrenty. What would the purpose of warrenty be??? To replace something that stops working in the time frame. The only thng we are not happy about is having to pay to ship it to New Brunswick by courier, 38.00 we feel you should be responsible for . We were not happy with the customer service nor the attitude we recieved. It's sad that with the economy the way it is small buisnesses do not seem to care if they keep a customer or not and we are forced to go directly to the company. 38.00 is a small price to pay for the 4 to 600 we would have lost.Let this be a lesson, be careful where you drop your hard earned dollars.
