Pepsi

I am complaining about the placement of 6 pack bottles in the crates at stores all handles are facing into the middle where you can't get at them to lift out the pack. They are stuck in real good due to being stacked on one another. To you and your packers this may be nothing important to you but to me a 63 year who loves her Pepsi it's pure hell! Enough to put me off buying Pepsi if I can't get it out of the crate. You may laugh but my support and friends' could be a game changer to you. If they can do it the way they are they could make life easier for the buyer who keeps you all in business. If you won't listen to your employees suggestions, try listening the public. I also have been upset about how sometimes (many) after you changed your warehousing a year or so ago ; I would go to a store and find them out of stock especially when on sale as the drives had none to deliver!! I would think you like being high in sales, but can't sell if not on shelf. Give your head a shake!
