Last week I stopped in at Extreme Pita because I was running errands and hadnt eaten lunch. The menu was a little busy and hard to figure out, but the Chicken Souvlaki Pita caught my eye. I love that they have options on what kind of pita bread, which is so rare in fast food. I ordered it with a whole wheat pita. They prepare it all fresh as you are standing there - they even grill the chicken rather than microwave it! I have to say, it was so delicious! They put Tzaziki right on the pita, fill it with veggies and chicken and they have the packaging down to a science so that your pita isnt a big mess. I found it a little pricey for a pita and a soft drink at almost $11.00, but it was a nice alternative to the typical burger place. The service was also very friendly and efficient, so I think it is a great place to eat!
