I really like A&W's food. I moved from one area of Langley to another and was glad to see there was an A&W in my new neighbourhood because the one in my old neighbourhood was great. I've been through the drive thru at this location a few times now and have had a mixed experience. The first time I went through the signage was all still lit up and when I got to the drive thru order panel they said oh we're closed. It was 9:20 and so I'm not sure what time they close. Not sure if they close usually at 9:30 and they decided to close early or if they had closed at 9:00 and 20 minutes later hadn't turned off the sign yet. The second time I went through the food was ok but the onion rings weren't very hot. The last time I went through they informed me when I ordered that they were out of onion rings. There was no apology or explanation just that they didn't have them. I was rather disappointed as this is one of the reasons I had chosen A & W. I'll likely try them again but I'm really hoping that they improve soon!
