Ocean Village Farm Market

When I tried to exchange some very sour grapes I was treated extremely rude. A few weeks later I contacted the owner to say there was no need for his staff to be rude. She could have simply said I'm sorry we don't do that. Instead she was insulting. I told the owner who I was and that I had bought some grapes a few weeks previous. I heard about the grapes he said he hardly let me talk before he jumped into his own tirade. Something about half bottles of wine and half eaten dinners. I can't refund everyone who complains he said. He was yelling at me over the phone. I never got a chance to tell him the reason for the call, his staff did not need to be rude to me. After talking to him I realize why his staff is so rude. I live just a few blocks away and will never shop there again. Ann (wilboy@shaw.ca)
