a bad experience overall! Management doesn't invest a penny into these 2 buildings, but they will be very careful to charge you rental fees according to the prime area(Metrotown). If you consider these buildings, you need to know that BC Hydro bill can easily get to $250/month during winter time. Windows are really bad and you lose a lot of heat.
