Avoid moving in to this building if at all possible. The staff working at the building are fine but the management in Toronto is terrible. They creepily watch you on the security cameras and try to scam you into paying for damages that you haven't caused. The Toronto management does not adhere to verbal agreements that are made with their building staff so if you must move in here make sure that you get everything in writing and get copies of anything that you sign.
