After having some great initial service from the decor center, things went a little downhill. I went back to order my paper and noticed the quoted price and actual price did not match. The man helping me, although very friendly, was adament he didin't make a mistake when I questioned the difference in price. I went home and later that day called the woman who had originally helped me. she said she would take care of it and fixed the incorrect information. A couple of weeks passed and I called to find out where my wallpapaer was. It turns out it was never ordered! This was not good news as we have been waiting to finish this reno for an event we were having! After voicing my frustration in a civilized manner I got a call back saying they would fix the problem, try to put a rush on the order and cover the costs. I was pleased with this outcome and felt they handled it well. So, although it's taken longer and involved some frustration I'm hoping all goes smoothly from here and we recieve our order!
