The walk-in clinic requires at LEAST a 3 hour wait time, usually, which is just horrendous - especially if you have something quite urgent. Also, the administrative staff is extremely unfriendly, sometimes even rude and definitely do not seem to know what they are doing. They constantly misplace file information, NEVER answer the phone if you are trying to call for an appointment or follow-up, and on two several occasions they somehow 'lost' my appointments when I'd waited MONTHS to see that particular doctor.Absolutely disgusted with how their office is run - someone needs to shut them down, or get them back to training!!!
