I am an avid book reader and with the prices of books these days, I have started searching through thrift stores a few years ago. I really enjoy the hunt, it's so great to find a book you have been meaning to read for a long time, and be able to get it for so cheap! It's kind of like treasure hunting and it feels so good when you finally find that book you have been looking for. Plus if you go on Friday's it is half price day so you can easily get a book for $1-$2 each. Really beats retail prices.
