It really depends on the stylist that you get. I've had wonderful hair cuts and styles from here, but also terrible ones. Some of the ladies are fabulous and do exactly what you want. Others have their own opinions about what you should get. I wouldn't really suggest getting make-up done here either, there wasn't anything hypo-allergenic for me so I ended up going elsewhere, a bit disappointing
