Though the store is very accessible and well-laid out, I am not sure a huge fan of the service at this store. When making a return, the customer service representative at the counter was very rude. The store wasn't busy and I was the only one in line and I literally stood there looking at her for a few minutes while she joked with a co-worker and shouted rude things to another worker across the store. All the while, completely ignoring me. It was definitely off-putting. I hope it was an isolated incident.
