Fraser Ford Sales Limited

Recently my 2010 Ford Mustang convertible with 134,000 km and change suffered catastrophic failure to the lifters. When the engine light went on, I turned the car off and had it towed to Fraser Ford from Brechin Ontario where I now live. When I started the car to move it into position, the CAA driver with over 27 years experience, told me to turn the card off immediately. We checked the oil together and found the oil reservoir to be empty. He asked me when the oil had last been checked. I told him that Fraser Ford serviced it, just over a month ago. He said to me that they had failed to put enough oil in the engine at the time. He towed it down to Fraser Ford and informed them of the problem. I followed the car down about. 1/2 hour later. When I followed up with my concerns, I was brought to the car and miraculously, the dip stick showed full with absolutely pristine oil. I asked how that was possible, and the reply I got was, "I don't know" .Refusingto follow up with CAA, I am $4,000 out of pocket. Thanks
