Horrifying bad experience at this so-called "spa". It was not tranquil in any way. The reception is not friendly, the appointment started late and the loud-mouthed esthetician admitted to being addicted to prescription painkillers! When I called the manager to complain, she promised to follow up. She did not. Not only will I never go back, I will not be buying any more gift certificates. Google "Spa at Markville reviews" and you will quickly see that I am not the only person who had a bad experience. I wish I had done that before I wasted my time and money.
