I took my daughter there for bleaching and they did two applications and failed to tell me that she may not be able to get more done because it dries your scalp. i spent 140 dollarsand expected togo back in one to two weeks for the final bleaching which i was told would be able to happen. i took her back to get the bleaching finished, then they tell me that it would not be possible to do because her scalp is too dry and would crack her scalp if they did it, but they did not indulge this information when we initially went in for the bleaching. they did offfer to dye it black for 50 making me waste 140 for the initial bleaching.
