Before being a customer at International Pool and Spa in Oshawa I was dealing with a competitor who had installed our pool in 2006. About 4 years ago a piece that attached our pump to the pool broke. Not knowing how to fix it I contacted the people who installed it to come out. After many no shows by them I went in to International near tears as my daughter’s birthday/pool party was in 2 days and my pool was a swamp. I spoke to John, the manager, and showed him pictures of my problem. He took the time to show me how to fix the problem myself for just a few dollars he also loaned me (free of charge) a secondary pump and filter to help ready my pool for the party. My pool was sparkling by the day of the party and I can't thank him enough. Since then my husband and I have never been back to the store that we were originally dealing with and International continues to be fantastic with their customer service.
