I couldn't have been more impressed by this shop. He honored our appointment and did the job while we waited. Other places (dealerships) will make an appt but then tell you it will be done sometime that day in the next 5-8 hours. Our appt was at 10 am and the car was ready 20 minutes later. Completely honest. No extra charges like the usual "1 hour diagnostics fee." I used to take my car to Nissan and get totally reamed with charges that have absolutely nothing to do with the job that needed to be done. The Nissan service person called me 5 times to try to get me to spend thousands and thousands more than what needed to be done. This was all for an o2 sensor. They even took out the brand new o2 sensor and put in a new o2 sensor and tried to tell me it had to be done. Long story short, this guy is one of the most honorable and efficient mechanics I have ever met. I highly recommend this shop and feel relieved that we've finally found someone that we can trust. Absolutely 5/5.
