very disappointed with customer service after you have made your purchase. A caution to any new purchasers: Do not feel pressured or rushed. Choose your site as you wish, bury your loved one(s) and then tell them you will think about where you will purchase your monument and plaque. Do not let them intimidate you. Customer service is very fake because until you sign all documents and pay in full, they are as kind as can be. Afterwards, the true face comes out where you see their service is below standard. Their focus is how to make as much money as possible with new sales, but upkeep (maintenance, customer service of concerns etc) are kept to as low on priority as possible.
