Customer service has become a joke here. No longer having a public washroom when you have a CHLIDRENS store is laughable, but actually refusing a pregnant woman in her eighth month to use their private washroom and her not making it out there without urinating herself is down right despicable! Absolutely no humanity was shown. Then overheard staff gossiping about this incident in front of a customer shows what kind of business they are really running. Instead of offering some sort of apology or compensation for this act, they threaten with a lawsuit and delete all facebook comments/ratings.
