I recently sent in my D800 for repair of a metering problem. Nikon advise that that cameras has suffered physical damage and can not be calibrated for proper focus. Strange since it focused fine during a trip tp Antelope Canyon immediately prior to the attempted repair. they now refuse to return the defective camera and will only offer a replacement at a mere C$2500.00 plus taxes.
