I believe this place moved to Westminster Hwy, but it is the same restaurant. The pho is all right, the large pho is a pretty good deal at around $7. It's a decent sized bowl and they give you lots of noodles. I like their spring rolls and the lemon grass chicken is also cheap although I find the pieces ti be a bit small. The service is very fast and friendly. Overall a decent place to get pho
