Horrible customer service!!! Shaun Ratcliff is rude, ignorant and has no customer relations skills it apparently takes him two months to get parts and then when you complain to him he calls your insurance company and says he wont fix your car!!! no customer relations, no customer service do not take your car here if you have any other option!!!!
