Kisha Poppo Japanese Restaurant

I used to be a regular at the Kisha Poppo in Vancouver. While I liked the restaurant, the quality of the food varied with whoever was making it. I learned to go to the restaurant when a good chef was working. I tried the location in Richmond and found that the food was lack luster. It wasn't bad but it wasn't really good. It definitely wasn't worth the commute from Vancouver to Richmond. On another day, with another chef it might be different. I think I'd really have to be desperate to make the trip again if I wasn't guaranteed of a good meal.
