Nu Star Satellite

I went into Nu-Star for some advice on a do it yourself upgrade of my Bell dish. I was given some friendly instructions to help with the installation and the proprietor recommended some parts that I should buy. I purchased the parts from Nu-Star but after completing the installation I found the parts they had recommended were not needed. I went back to the store only days later to return the unopened parts and was told very rudely that they do not accept returns. The owner was condescending and suggested that I was an expletive for thinking any store would ever accept returns on electronics. He stated that I was told of this policy at the time of my purchase which was completely untrue. Its clear to me now that Nu-Star was only interested in getting my money and never interested in actually being helpful. I definitely would not be giving them any business in the future.
